About Whoova
Our Story
Whoova was born out of a simple but frustrating truth: getting real, honest feedback about ourselves is harder than it should be.
Most tools used by organizations route feedback through managers — filtered, delayed, and often incomplete. It rarely comes directly to the person who needs it most. We wondered: why isn't feedback designed for the person trying to grow?
On platforms like LinkedIn, feedback is public, performative, and almost always positive. But is that the full picture? Could we be missing the very insights that would help us improve?
Then a friend said something that hit hard - "I was laid off and didn't see it coming. I wish I'd had more honest conversations. I wish someone had told me what I could've done better."
That moment made it clear — we need a new kind of feedback loop. One that's:
- Anonymous, but kind
- Honest, but constructive
- Designed not for performance reviews, but personal growth
We built Whoova for people like us — people who genuinely want to improve, and who believe the truth doesn't have to hurt, just help.
Join the Whoova movement. Let's build a culture where feedback isn't something to fear, but something we share — openly, anonymously, and with care.
